This role sits at the intersection of corporate finance, systems administration, and strategic planning within a complex, multi-regional healthcare environment. The Senior Finance Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes while serving as the functional owner of Oracle EPM. This position plays a critical role in improving financial visibility, automation, and decision support across the organization. Working closely with accounting, regional teams, and senior leadership, the role ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in financial operations. It also combines hands-on technical system administration with people leadership, guiding analysts and strengthening finance capabilities. Accountabilities

In this role, you will oversee financial planning and analysis activities while acting as a key systems administrator and cross-functional partner across the organization. You will ensure financial processes are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

  • Support and coordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Drive improvements and automation across budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting cycles.
  • Serve as the functional administrator for Oracle EPM, ensuring system integrity, performance, and continuous enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain monthly financial reporting packages and management dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
  • Partner closely with accounting to resolve month-end close issues and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, regional teams, and corporate departments to provide insights, guidance, and support.
  • Supervise and mentor finance analysts, supporting their development and performance.

Requirements

This position requires strong financial planning expertise combined with deep experience in enterprise financial systems and leadership capability in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, ideally within complex organizations.
  • 2–4+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM or similar enterprise performance management tools.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle ERP experience is a plus) and functional system administration responsibilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Ability to partner across finance, accounting, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a structured but evolving environment.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
