What will you do?
Perform routine inspections of building systems and equipment to ensure proper operation.
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in building systems and equipment.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Assist in the development and implementation of energy-saving initiatives.
Provide support for building renovations and new construction projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
+3 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering.
Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
Valid driver's license.
