What will you do? 

As a Training & HPT Analyst, you will oversee and enhance the training frameworks and high-performance team (HPT) initiatives within the organization.

This involves designing and implementing training programs, guiding team development, and driving continuous improvement to align team outcomes with organizational goals.

How will you do it? 

  • Design and sustain onboarding systems for all personnel, ensuring seamless integration into the organizational environment.

  • Collaborate closely with departments to identify training needs and remove barriers to effective skill development.

  • Develop and oversee skill assessment plans, using data-driven insights to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Facilitate team-building initiatives and encourage open communication to strengthen trust and collaboration.

  • Promote a culture of accountability and ensure safety and integrity in all training processes.

What are we looking for?  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications in Training & Development, Lean Manufacturing, or Coaching are advantageous.

  • Proficient knowledge of training methodologies and tools, including classroom and on-the-job training.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Fluency in English and familiarity with global training standards and practices.
