Purpose:
To provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to live valued lives in the community.
Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug screenings
- Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities or High School diploma or GED and 4 years of experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Essential Functions:
- Assists the individual in finding and maintaining housing according to their person directed plan and financial profile
- Provides assistance and training in daily living skills, personal finance, safety, social skills and self-advocacy to encourage independence
- Provides services and documentation according to regulatory requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Hourly: $17.00
