The client is a legal services firm providing a range of legal expertise including personal injury, employment, business, real estate, and civil litigation across multiple U.S. states. The firm supports individuals and organizations with legal representation, compliance guidance, and dispute resolution in high-stakes legal environments.

✍ Short Description:
The Technical SEO Specialist role focuses on applying deep domain expertise to technical SEO implementation and optimization of WordPress sites. The specialist will lead canonical, on-page, backlink, and performance improvement strategies to improve search visibility, and leverage A/B testing and CRO methodologies to elevate site effectiveness. This position requires close collaboration with web development resources and initiatives will evolve toward team leadership as the role scales.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on technical SEO implementation across WordPress sites, including optimizing canonical structures and on-page ranking signals.

• Develop and execute backlink strategy to support organic search growth and authority building.

• Design and oversee A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve conversion outcomes on digital properties.

• Collaborate with UI and web development teams to integrate SEO best practices into development workflows and address performance opportunities.

• Evaluate site health and performance, communicate status updates clearly, and progressively take ownership of SEO strategy as the role evolves.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in technical SEO practices including canonical structures, on-page optimization, and backlink strategy.

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies.

• Hands-on familiarity with WordPress and Cloudflare technical configurations.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently on SEO implementation with web development collaboration.

• Experience with AI content generation or LLM ranking optimization preferred but not required.
