What will do?

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability of materials.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for MRO-related inquiries and issues within the plant.

  • Collaborate with various departments to assess MRO needs and align procurement strategies effectively.

  • Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and maintenance processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement and maintain a robust data management system for tracking MRO supplies and usage.

What we look for:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in MRO coordination or related roles in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
