COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM)
  • Up to $265K annual salary
  • $50K Signing bonus

  • Comprehensive benefits with 28 days of PTO, 5% match on 401K, and $3500 CME allowance
  • 3% annual merit pay increase with quality performance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM)
  • 100% Outpatient - primary focus on Geriatrics patient-population
  • Preventative care focus on Chronic conditions to reduce hospitalization
  • Well trusted, Physician-lead healthcare org. with over 120+ locations in 15 states
  • Patient-focused, small patient panel - 450 patients max
  • Monday - Friday shift-schedule; No Weekend, No Call
  • Dedicated care team for full PCP support, as well as Onsite lab, Pharmacy, and X-Ray
