The HR Business Partner serves as a consultative business partner to senior managers/business leaders within assigned business groups. The primary responsibility of this position is to participate in the implementation of strategies relating to human resources and general HR support of employees in their area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group. These individuals have specialist knowledge and answer queries related to their area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group. Essential duties include participating in recruitment, development, engagement, and general HR support; aligning HR initiatives with business objectives; advising on HR trends and labor market developments; supporting talent pipelines and recruitment initiatives; engaging employees through communication and knowledge sharing; providing expert advice and coaching; reviewing and benchmarking HR policies; sharing best practices; acting as liaison between employees and HR; identifying new HR opportunities; maintaining knowledge of HR trends; facilitating leadership and coaching culture; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires excellent project management, facilitation, strategic thinking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with SPHR or SHRM certification preferred, and minimum 3 years’ HR or business partner experience in a global organization. Physical requirements and work conditions include primarily sitting with some walking, ability to work remotely with stable internet, occasional travel, and use of computer equipment. Compensation includes base salary $102,600 - $128,200, annual bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits.
