Rotating block schedule of 4 on/4 off; 12-hour shifts

Join a stable program of 7 hospitalists
On-site daycare is available to all providers
Open ICU setting; vent management is required (willing to retrain if needed)
Starting base salary of $275k - $325k (plus a bonus)
