General Responsibility:Â
Reports to assigned B2B Sales and Development Manager. Â Â Â
Focused on growing revenue and margin by retaining existing, targeted customers in an assigned territory. Â
Utilizes company supplied equipment, existing IT systems, and business processes to prepare purchase documents for customers.  Â
Follows up on all referralleads to maximize selling efforts. Â Â Â
Works directly with customers virtually or through visitations at Clubs or at their business location(s).  Â
Ability to work in a fast - paced environment that will include some data entry tasks for preparing customer orders. Â Â Â

Execute B2B plans and strategies to accomplish the organizational objectives Â

Responsibilities:Â
Communicate BJ’s B2B business model and value to clientsÂ
Connect with clients in person, via zoom/teams, email, or phone to understand their business model and needs to increase efficiency and incremental salesÂ
Collect and analyze client data to learn and discern client behaviorÂ
Build client relationships that maintain current categories of business while also expanding into new categories and articles
Collaborate with internal departments and stake holders to facilitate client’s needs and fulfillmentÂ
Ability to keep accuratecustomer recordsÂ
Discover and maintaindeep knowledge of BJ’s products, services, and value propositionÂ
Resolve client complaints, assist in returns or refunds, and prevent additional issues by improving processesÂ
Maintain awareness of markets, industry trends, competitor activities and client problems to communicate appropriate recommendations to management staffÂ
