This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, optimization, and performance of high-visibility digital and eCommerce platforms. You will help improve usability, design, content, and conversion outcomes across web assets while supporting ongoing website evolution and maintenance. Working closely with UX, web development, and marketing teams, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and high-performing digital experiences. The position blends creative execution with technical implementation, requiring both design sensibility and front-end awareness. You will also contribute to SEO, content accuracy, and multimedia integration to enhance overall site effectiveness. Accountabilities:
  • Support the design, development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise and business unit websites
  • Collaborate with UX, development, and marketing teams across all stages of digital project delivery, including design, QA, implementation, and support
  • Translate user experience concepts into cross-browser compatible front-end code and web components
  • Ensure website content accuracy, acting as a publisher responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of messaging
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and overall site performance
  • Develop and maintain web page graphics, themes, styles, and multimedia elements to ensure cohesive branding
  • Assist in gathering requirements, defining project objectives, and supporting timelines for web initiatives
  • Provide consultation and support to internal teams on web-related tools, design, and digital best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, visual communications, new media, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital media production, web development, or digital content support
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies and internet-based tools used in web production and maintenance
  • Experience working with multimedia content, including audio, video, and visual assets
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, web design trends, and digital content optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, digital analytics, and eCommerce website performance factors
