Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with an entertainment leader who is currently looking for a highly organized bookkeeper to join their team. The role will be full cycle bookkeeping with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll knowledge needed.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities:
* Verify, code and obtain approval for AP invoices
* Work with internal and external customers regarding AP related inquiries
* Accountable for the research and resolving of any discrepancies
* Process weekly payment runs
* Create invoices, billing and aging report
* Process daily cash applications
* Manage daily mail and bank deposits
* Assist with any admin duties or special projects

Qualifications:
* Accounts payable experience with trust accounts
* Accounts receivable experience with payment and check deposits
* Payroll knowledge
* Comfortable with excel
* Strong communication skills
* Adaptable and open to growth /changes within the company/team.
