We are looking for a motivated Saudi National Project Engineer to join our team and help redefine the future of civil engineering and sustainable urban living.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Engineer, you will provide critical technical and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of high-speed rail, utility corridors, and structural foundations. You will act as a key link between the design teams and site construction, ensuring that work is executed safely, on time, and to the highest engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Coordination: Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with the project's unique design codes.
- Site Oversight: Support the Senior Project Manager in monitoring on-site progress, identifying potential delays, and ensuring construction matches the "Digital Twin" models.
- Project Controls: Assist in tracking project schedules, preparing weekly progress reports, and managing Request for Information (RFI) logs.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and international consultants to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure all civil works adhere to Parsons' rigorous Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (P6).
- Communication: Strong command of English (written and spoken) to work within a multicultural, global team environment.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Previous experience working on Giga-projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows and Navisworks.
- Graduate of a professional development program (e.g., SDAIA or Misk leadership tracks).
