BPM ā Learning & Development | JuneāSeptemberĀ
TheĀ Temporary Instructional DesignerĀ supports the Learning & Development team during aĀ highāvolumeĀ content development period. This individualĀ is responsible forĀ designing and developingĀ highāquality,Ā learnerācenteredĀ digital learning experiences, with a strong focus onĀ Articulate RiseĀ development. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate content into engaging and effective learning solutions.Ā

Responsibilities:Ā

Design and develop engaging, interactive digital learning modules usingĀ Articulate RiseĀ

Translate subject matter expert input, presentations, and documents into clear, effective learning experiencesĀ

Apply instructional design best practices to ensure content isĀ learnerācentered, accessible, andĀ outcomeādrivenĀ

Partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs to clarify content and ensure accuracy.Ā Proactively manage stakeholder communication, timelines, and feedback to ensure efficient project deliveryĀ

Rapidly develop learning content whileĀ maintainingĀ consistency, quality, and attention to detailĀ

Follow established templates, branding guidelines, and development standardsĀ

Conduct basic quality assurance and make revisions based on stakeholder feedbackĀ

SupportĀ additionalĀ learning development efforts as assigned during the contract periodĀ

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, andĀ maintainĀ quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentĀ

Requirements:Ā

Proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio ofĀ Articulate RiseĀ projectsĀ

ProficiencyĀ inĀ Articulate 360, with emphasis on RiseĀ
-
Ability to transform raw or loosely structured content into polished learning experiencesĀ
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlinesĀ

Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and efficiently incorporating feedbackĀ

Working knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning best practicesĀ
-
Familiarity with SCORM packagingĀ Ā

Preferred Qualifications:Ā

Experience in professional services, accounting, or technical learning environmentsĀ

Experience working within established design systems or instructional templatesĀ

Experience designing interactive, engaging learning experiences (e.g., scenarios, knowledge checks, applied practice), not just content translationĀ

Experience in AI video generationĀ

Experience inĀ leveragingĀ emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools, video, or automation) to enhance learningĀ experiencesĀ
