Join the LEGOĀ® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)Ā at Downtown Summerlin in Las Vegas, NevadaĀ and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part-time basis.Ā 

Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactionsĀ 

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGOĀ® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%)Ā 

  • Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and delivering LEGOĀ® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)Ā 

  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGOĀ® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)Ā

  • Communicate effectively with team members and guestsĀ 

  • Process information/merchandise through the register systemĀ 

  • Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decidesĀ 

  • Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock areaĀ 

  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.Ā 

  • Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Availability must span at least three days. Being scheduled for 25 hours is not required.Ā

The hourly wage for the position has a range ofĀ $18.50 to $19.00Ā based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.Ā
