What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maximize their mobility, independence, and overall well-being by:

  • Evaluating residents' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab team members
  • Educating residents and families on treatment goals and progress
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Promoting the highest standards of patient care and outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Current California Physical Therapist License in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Skilled Nursing Facility or Post-Acute experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
