Wolfson Children's Hospital, the only children's hospital in the region and ranked among the best by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking an ADT RN for admissions.
The position requires assisting the primary RN with admissions, discharges, and transfers, including completing admission assessments and skin checks for new patients.
The ADT RN will also handle discharge processes, including medication reconciliation and discharge education for patients and families.
This role is located at the Downtown - Main Building of the hospital and requires a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

To assist the primary RN with admission, discharge and transfers as needed. The ADT RN for admissions would complete the admission assessment and skin check for all new admits. For discharges, the ADT RN would check in and out with the primary RN, review the medication reconciliation, discharge education review with the patient and family. Complete the discharge note, remove the IF (if needed), and enter the request into Tele Tracking for transport request.
