Pay: Up to $70/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Support residents in regaining independence with daily living activities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies

• Document progress and maintain regulatory compliance

• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy goals and techniques

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• Compassionate and team-oriented approach

• SNF or post-acute experience preferred — new grads welcome!
