Marin Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our experienced therapy team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care group, you will play an essential role in helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop personalized care plans to support each resident’s goals
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
Track and document progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Support a positive, encouraging rehab environment
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license
Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
