Job Summary:
Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a skilled Piledriverman for our Heavy Civil division in Jefferson, LA. This role involves operating pile-driving equipment to construct foundations for various heavy civil projects.

Job Responsibilities:

* Operate various types of pile-driving equipment, including hydraulic hammers, vibratory hammers, and leads.
* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine pile locations and depths.
* Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of pile-driving equipment.
* Set and align piles according to specifications, ensuring proper plumb and grade.
* Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments during operations.
* Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and other trades.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including wearing appropriate PPE.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
* Participate in pre-job safety briefings and daily tool-box talks.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Piledriverman in heavy civil construction.
* Proven experience operating various types of pile-driving equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
* Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb, and work in various weather conditions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver's license preferred.
* OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
