Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing end-to-end infrastructure project delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk)
Coordinating and collaborating with all disciplines (engineering, design, and stakeholders)
Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements
Supporting procurement, contract administration, and change management
Facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and driving decisions to keep projects on track

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

15 years of experience in infrastructure project management (Urban, roads, utilities, bridges, or similar)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design and construction teams
Familiarity with relevant infrastructure Saudi standards, codes, and regulations
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project risks
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage (if relevant to region)

Strong client-facing and business development experience
Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
