Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Manager for infrastructure design projects to join our team. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Be Doing;

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct risk assessments.
Define project deliverables and milestones for infrastructure design projects.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop project designs.
Review and approve design documents and drawings.
Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and client specifications.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of project sites.
Monitor progress and performance against project plans.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
Lead and mentor project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor project budgets and control costs.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring;

Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in project management for infrastructure design projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership role on large-scale infrastructure.
Demonstrated success managing multi-phase project delivery with complex interdependencies
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure design projects.
Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of design project delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Experience delivering early works or phased infrastructure design projects.
Familiarity with local authority and regulatory environments.
Background in consultant-side project management, or design delivery management,
