A food manufacturer in the Jersey City area is looking to fill a position for an Accounts Receivable Associate. The individual would be responsible for the following:<ul><li>CASH Application <ul><li>Review Bank Daily Deposits</li><li>Identify PAST DUE invoice, short payments & deductions</li><li>Resolved past due issues</li></ul></li><li>Manage Aging <ul><li>Follow up with brokers & customer on past due items</li><li>Account or invoice adjustments</li><li>Utilize Collection agency</li><li>Recognize Bad Debt accounts</li></ul></li><li>Releasing of orders <ul><li>Review all communication of any order cancellations.</li><li>Review account with past due exceeding credit limit or payment dating terms</li><li>Communicate with brokers of past due balances and existing orders</li></ul></li><li>Credit Review <ul><li>Credit application review for any new accounts</li><li>Customer account information is correct and credit code update</li><li>Credit check with credit agency</li></ul></li><li>Excel, Pivot, V-lookup, Email, AS400</li><li>Good communications skills</li><li>Some financial understanding A+</li></ul>

Full Time position in Maxwell Hall/Floating located in Clifton Springs. Evenings hour shifts Must work one weekend day. Must have current RN/LPN License, CPR and valid Drivers License. Detox experience helpful. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
