About the Role:
Join JULIAN EIAN JUEL MOVING AND CLEANING as a Sales Agent and be a key player in our dynamic team! This role offers the opportunity to connect with customers and help them find the best moving and cleaning solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Provide detailed information about our moving and cleaning services to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Prepare and present quotes for moving and cleaning services.
- Track sales leads and follow up with potential customers promptly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is a plus.
