The Senior Account Manager acts as the primary owner of multiple client partnerships, ensuring seamless delivery, strong performance, and long-term growth across a diverse portfolio. Accountabilities

The Senior Account Manager, Brand Practice is responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving account growth while maintaining strong operational alignment across internal teams.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 10–15 assigned Brand clients, managing day-to-day relationships and overall account health.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, alignment, and retention.
  • Lead client communications including reporting, updates, and executive-level presentations tailored to business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Partner with internal leadership to define account strategy, identify growth opportunities, and support organic expansion across existing accounts.
  • Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring delivery aligns with timelines, quality standards, and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, archival, research, project management, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within accounts and proactively implement solutions to maintain performance and client trust.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in client services or account management, with a proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver high-quality programs across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in a marketing agency, consulting, or client services environment with direct responsibility for managing client accounts.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering successful programs or campaigns.
