We are seeking a Software Application Developer / Configurator to design, implement, and support digital solutions that optimize operational processes and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role focuses on working with low-code / no-code and custom application platforms (e.g., Tulip) to develop scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation in manufacturing and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop applications supporting operational processes
Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions
Support application testing, validation, and deployment
Provide ongoing production and operational support
Train new hires and end users on implemented solutions
Maintain and update procedures, documentation, and forms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment
Lead or support the delivery of solutions across multiple business areas

Requirements

Experience in application development or configuration (low-code/no-code preferred)

Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, or operational environments
Experience with platforms such as Tulip (or similar) is a plus
Basic understanding of system integrations (APIs, databases, IoT)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
