We are seeking a Software Application Developer / Configurator to design, implement, and support digital solutions that optimize operational processes and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role focuses on working with low-code / no-code and custom application platforms (e.g., Tulip) to develop scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation in manufacturing and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and develop applications supporting operational processes
  • Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions
  • Support application testing, validation, and deployment
  • Provide ongoing production and operational support
  • Train new hires and end users on implemented solutions
  • Maintain and update procedures, documentation, and forms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment
  • Lead or support the delivery of solutions across multiple business areas


Requirements

Experience in application development or configuration (low-code/no-code preferred)

  • Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, or operational environments
  • Experience with platforms such as Tulip (or similar) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of system integrations (APIs, databases, IoT)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
