    • The hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00, however starting wage will depend on qualifications, skill, and experience.

Job Summary:
RCI is seeking a general laborer to be responsible for various manufacturing tasks as required. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Willing to work in a fast paced work environment

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

  • Loading and unloading steel from plasma tables and laser.

  • Die change overs on steel rolling equipment.

  • Prepare steel for fabrication with use of hand grinders and deburring tools. 

  • Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor.

  • Maintain a clean working environment: Pick up all tools and equipment each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.

  • Material handling using fork trucks and hand carts

  • Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • Operation of Hi-Lo/SkyTrack

  • Be able to lift more than 50 lbs

  • Basic knowledge of painting practices in a manufacturing setting

  • Understanding of material flow

  • Ability to read blueprint and BOM

  • Basic computer skills
