What You’ll Do:

Greet clients and patients with warmth and confidence

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a busy front desk

Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately

Handle payments and client questions with professionalism

Help keep the clinic running smoothly during busy times

Be the friendly face and voice of our hospital

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Someone who enjoys multitasking and staying busy

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to stay calm and kind in a high-energy environment

Veterinary or medical front desk experience is a plus (but not required)

A true team player who loves animals and people
