Our dynamic team prioritizes people and fosters a collaborative community of healthcare professionals delivering exceptional employee and patient care. 聽 About the Role: As an Allergy Technician for our clinic(s), you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and medical assistance in allergy medicine. What You鈥檒l Do: PATIENT AND CUSTOMER FACING DUTIES 路 Setting appointments with patients 路 Taking patient medical information, history, and vital signs 路 Performing allergy tests, skin tests, allergy injections 路 Communicating effectively with patients about managing symptoms or issues Allergy Vial Mixing Follow policies and procedures required for patient vial mixing Vial Preparation Documentation and Labeling Follow Compliance and Safety Policies Inventory Control EHR Management Quality Assurance 聽 COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES 路 Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations. 路 Maintain office policies, procedures, and daily workflow. 路 Request medical records from medical offices and insurance companies. 聽 OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES 路 Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. 路 Assist in maintaining a clean and functional clinic. 路 Perform administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and record keeping. 路 Assist in maintaining inventory of medical and office supplies.
