Layne's Chicken Fingers is hiring a Shift Manager for our Allen location. As a Shift Manager, you'll play an important role in training and supporting team members, leading daily operations, and helping create a positive work environment where employees can learn, grow, and succeed. What You'll Do
- Lead daily shift operations
- Coach and develop team members
- Train new employees on company procedures
- Ensure food quality and service standards are met
- Support a positive and productive team culture
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Address guest concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
