If you are a licensed esthetician who wants to move beyond relaxation facials and into a results-driven clinical environment where your technique and your client relationships both matter, this role is worth your attention.
The Role
This is a part-time esthetician position embedded in a brand-new 4Ever Young medical spa and wellness center opening in Allen, TX. You will perform advanced skin treatments on a consistent schedule of paying clients in a clean, protocol-driven environment, alongside a small clinical team you help build from day one. The role rewards both technical skill and client relationship development: your base pay is stable, and your commission earnings scale with your production across services, products, memberships, and additional treatments.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced facial treatments independently: custom and corrective facials, extractions, superficial chemical peels, and device-based treatments such as microdermabrasion. Deeper peels, body contouring, and other advanced services are performed with training under physician oversight over time.
- Conduct thorough client consultations: skin analysis, treatment planning, realistic outcomes education, and clear pre- and post-care instructions.
- Build client relationships and drive retention: rebook clients, recommend home-care routines and products in a consultative, non-pushy way.
- Maintain a clean, compliant treatment room: sanitation and infection control per Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) rules and OSHA standards, documented accurately.
- Collaborate with the clinical team: partner with front desk and providers to keep daily flow smooth; contribute to opening/closing tasks and center events.
- Work toward clear performance goals: average service revenue per client, product sales, and rebooking rate, while always keeping the client's best interest first.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Active Texas esthetician license (TDLR) in good standing.
- 1-2+ years hands-on, post-licensure experience working on paying clients in a spa, medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
- Day-1 confidence performing independently: advanced and custom facials, extractions, superficial chemical peels, and basic device-based facial treatments such as microdermabrasion.
- Hydrafacial experience on paying clients, or the ability to get up to speed quickly with product training. Hydrafacial is a core service here.
- Consistent sanitation discipline and the ability to clearly describe your process.
- Part-time availability, about 20 to 30 hours per week, including every Saturday, with additional weekday shifts across the week. Hours can grow as the center ramps.
- Comfort with a performance-based compensation component tied to service revenue and product sales.
Preferred Experience
- Medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment.
- Laser or device-based treatment experience, for example laser hair removal, IPL, or RF microneedling.
- Experience with advanced skincare lines and tailored product recommendations.
- Comfort discussing memberships, packages, and treatment plans.
- Interest in expanding scope into additional advanced services over time.
Benefits
Why This Role
- Compensation: $17-$19/hr base on all clocked hours (setup, turnover, consults, downtime), commensurate with experience, plus a commission on collected service and retail revenue and a $25 bonus per membership sale that scale with your production. Full commission structure reviewed in the recruiter screen.
- Clinical environment with real protocols: physician-led standards, documented service delivery - not just a spa-style treatment menu.
- Consistent part-time schedule with Saturdays, no retail floor rotations, no unpredictable hours. Room to add hours as your book grows.
- Growth path: exposure to the full 4Ever Young service menu and opportunities to expand your scope with training and supervision over time.
- A team you can actually work with: small collaborative environment where your contribution is visible and your clients are yours to build.
