What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive the truck and lead a small crew (1–3 people)Â
- Set up jobs and plan the work before it startsÂ
- Operate striping equipment (we’ll train you)Â
- Keep the crew moving and jobs on trackÂ
- Make sure lines are clean, straight, and done rightÂ
- Handle problems in the field without waiting on someone elseÂ

What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who shows up and takes ownershipÂ
- Comfortable leading others and giving directionÂ
- Pays attention to detail (this work has to look right)Â
- Can think ahead and stay organizedÂ
- Not afraid of physical, outdoor workÂ
- Has a valid driver’s licenseÂ
