As our Batch Making Operator, you will be the baker for ourĀ coatingsĀ operation. Every day you will handle crucial production tasks like operating pumps, valves, and a compactor with precision.Ā You’llĀ keep things moving safely and efficiently, perform quality checks, and uphold a clean, organized workspace. Inventory tracking and documenting formula updates is a daily routine, along with working automated systems for raw materials and milling.Ā Ā

  • You’reĀ confidentĀ navigating basic computer systems, and if you have worked with SAP before,Ā that’sĀ a definite plus.Ā Ā

  • A dedication to safety. We areĀ very proudĀ of our safety record and want you toĀ partakeĀ in that.Ā

  • Responsibilities involve lifting individual paint cans or, at times, full casesĀ containingĀ four cans, which can weigh up to 75Ā lbs,Ā several times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.Ā

Ā

Here isĀ what we offer you:Ā Ā

  • Batch Making Operator starts at $23.50/hr. Team members will receive a $0.50/hrĀ increaseĀ atĀ 6 months of employment and another $0.50/hrĀ increaseĀ atĀ one year of employment.Ā Ā

  • Any shift that startsĀ fromĀ 12 PMĀ or later (off-shifts) alsoĀ receivesĀ a $3/hrĀ shift differential.Ā

  • Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.Ā Ā

  • Accrue 15 paid days of vacation time off the first year plusĀ 5Ā days of sick time off.Ā
