A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:

The Business Support Coordinator supports the DEKRA 2nd Party Audits Group (2PA) by managing administrative functions related to complex client accounts and strategic projects. This role involves coordinating resources, tracking milestones for new service offerings, managing data entry, documentation, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by actively participating, taking responsibility, and following established procedures and policies.  
  • Support the Program Manager of Operations with data entry, analytics, scheduling coordination, and auditor assignment.
  • Coordinate with internal DEKRA entities to facilitate use of North American resources for client sites and ensure data is entered into operational tools and analyzed.
  • Track, monitor, and report the status and revenue of business group performance metrics.
  • Coordinate client and auditor schedules in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Communicate directly with clients as required.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in administrative or operations support.
  • Prior experience analyzing data, creating charts, pivot tables, and summations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize, self-manage, and self-start.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.

 

Physical Considerations:

  • Ability to lift 25-50lbs (luggage).
  • Comfortable with extended periods of computer and phone-based work.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to meet deadlines or support operations.

 

Travel:

  • Position is remote based, with potential occasional travel as needed.

Compensation: 

The base pay for this position ranges from $20.63 per hour in our lowest geographic market up to $28.46 per hour in our highest geographic market.  This position is designated as bonus-eligible, subject to plan terms and conditions.  Actual pay is based on several factors, including market location and position-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
