Full-Time C.N.A. Base Rate: Starting at $21.08/hour
Earn More With: Experience Bonus: Additional $1.50/hour for C.N.A.s certified 5+ years (FT & RPT)
Shift Differentials:
- 2nd Shift: +$2.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: +$0.75/hour
- Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour
PRN Positions Available:
- $25.33 - $30.76/hour
Weekend Program (PRN):
- $30.57 - $32.93/hour
- Every Saturday & Sunday/8-hour shifts only
All PRN positions are 1,000/hour anniversary year positions, not benefit-eligible

What You'll Do!
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the lives of our residents by:
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Supporting mobility, ambulation, transfers, restorative nursing, and functional maintenance programs
- Providing emotional support and meaningful interactions that help residents feel valued and respected
- Accurately documenting resident care and observations
- Following infection prevention and safety practices
- Helping create a warm, welcoming, homelike environment where residents can thrive

Qualifications:
- Current and valid Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification
- Strong resident-centered care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
