Job DetailsJob Location: ALLENTOWN - ALLENTOWN, PA 18014Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 SalaryJob Summary: Urban is growing and seeking a qualified Construction Inspection Services Manager to lead our Construction Inspection (CI) Team on complex highway and bridge projects throughout the Allentown, Scranton, and Harrisburg regions. The candidate will oversee our CI Team and provide agreement and client management.   Job Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to multiple construction inspection teams within the assigned region. Assign inspection staff to projects based on qualifications, workload, project requirements, and client needs. Conduct periodic field visits and QA/QC reviews of inspection staff. Review inspector documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Monitor staff performance, productivity, training needs, and career development. Promote consistent application of company procedures, safety practices, and quality standards. Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of construction inspection personnel. Develop and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and teaming partners. Manage CI consultant agreements, budgets, labor utilization, and supplements. Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, client relationship management, and pursuit of CI opportunities.   Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred. At least five (5) years of leadership experience and a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction inspection or construction management of heavy highway and bridge projects. PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike experience is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent oral, written, communication and organizational skills.
