We’re hiring a Counter Sales Associate to be the go-to person for customers and contractors at our Allentown branch. This is a hands-on role where you'll help customers find what they need, stay on your feet and take ownership of your day.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and contractors, helping them find the right materials and solutions.
• Create a friendly, welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.
• Answer phone calls, assist with pricing and place orders.
• Track open orders and notify customers when materials are ready.
• Keep displays stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Pull and prepare orders for pickup, delivery or transfer.
• Support promotions and in-branch marketing efforts.
• Maintain a clean, professional branch environment.
• Handle daily cash transactions and reconcile sales accurately.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Reliable, organized and team-oriented.
