The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Demolition Technician, you are first on site when disaster strikes—fires, floods, and more. You lead the effort to stabilize and restore properties while helping customers through difficult moments. This is not a typical job.

- Â Helping people during some of the toughest moments of their livesÂ
- Â Working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentÂ
- Â Building real skills that lead to long-term career growthÂ
You will:
- Â Respond to emergency situations and begin mitigation effortsÂ
- Â Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-ups, mold remediation, and cleaning servicesÂ
- Â Communicate clearly with customers and show empathy during high-stress situationsÂ
- Â Work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and safelyÂ
- Â Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites to company standardsÂ
What It Takes to Succeed
- Â Strong work ethic and attention to detailÂ
- Â Ability to stay calm, move quickly, and problem-solve in urgent situationsÂ
- Â Customer-first mindset with strong communication skillsÂ
- Â Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/on-callÂ
- Â Ability to lift 75 lbs regularlyÂ
-  Valid driver’s license with a clean recordÂ
-  Restoration experience is a plus—but we will train the right personÂ
