Direct Hire Respiratory Therapist Role $93,000 to $144,000 per year in Allentown, Pennsylvania

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of a large respiratory therapy team, develop and implement appropriate policies and procedures to ensure exceptional patient care while also ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Prepare, manage, and adhere to departmental budgets and oversee resource allocation and equipment purchasing.
  • Act as a liaison between the respiratory department, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital administration.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate respiratory therapists and support staff.

Key Requirements:
  • Current, active, unencumbered Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) licensure from an accredited agency (NBRC)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Healthcare Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Supervisory or Lead experience in a respiratory therapy setting
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation and Schedule:
  • Salary begins at $93,000 per year but can be significantly more based on years of experience
