About the Role:

D & D Construction LLC is looking for a skilled Handyman/Carpenter to join our growing team in Allentown, PA! This is a hands-on role where you'll tackle a variety of residential and commercial projects, bringing craftsmanship and quality to every job. Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, doors, windows, and finish carpentry
Complete general handyman repairs and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial clients
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications
Install cabinetry, flooring, drywall, and other structural or cosmetic components
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing structures and recommend solutions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members on job progress

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry, general construction, or handyman services
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
