This role supports both active client engagements and upcoming automation projects. Qualified candidates will be considered for immediate openings as well as future opportunities aligned to system implementations, upgrades, and expansion initiatives.Overview
This role leads maintenance operations supporting automation systems, ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and performance across high-volume distribution and fulfillment environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Lead maintenance teams in high-volume, automated environments
- Monitor system performance metrics (uptime, MTTR, MTBF)
- Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Manage spare parts, inventory, and maintenance budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and improvements
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in maintenance leadership within automated environments
- Experience with material handling and automation systems
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and reliability practices
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Data-driven approach to performance management
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
- Strong experience in maintenance leadership can substitute for degree
Certifications (Optional but Valuable)
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional)
- Lean / Six Sigma
