Parts Specialist, Full-Time

Job Type:  Full-time year-round 

Position Level: Entry Level 

Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. 

Under limited supervision, oversee the procurement, receipt, and issuance of maintenance supplies for department use, ensuring compliance with Park/corporate policies and procedures. Ensures vendors are paid in a timely manner. Utilize CMMS to input, schedule, and review work orders. All other tasks assigned by management.

Responsibilities: 

• Contact supplies, request quotes, and follow through the purchasing process. 

• Track expenses by commitment and received. 

• Maintain proper inventory of materials utilized daily. 

• Order rental equipment as needed. 

• Meet with management to discuss budget strategies 

• Schedule deliveries. 

• Ability to foresee extended lead times and assist with suggesting ways to reduce. 

• Commitment to your team by being on time and working scheduled shifts 

• Notify supervisor of daily performance or any malfunctions or safety concerns. 

• Keep work area clean. 

Qualifications: 

• Mechanically inclined preferred but not required 

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 

• Must be at least 18 years of age. 

• Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment. 

• Expected to report to work consistently, avoid unnecessary absences, and arrive on time. 

• Must possess a valid drivers license
