Apply now to become part of our dedicated service team!  Team Member Benefits:   Hotel Room Discounts across multiple brands  Other Supplemental Benefits  Essential Job Functions:  Provide prompt and courteous food & beverage service to guests while maximizing sales volume.  Must upsell food and beverage items       Provide superior table service to guests in accordance with established standards  Ensures customer requests are completed in a courteous manner based on our standards.  Maintain clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and aesthetic standards  Interacts verbally with all guests, creating a service oriented and upbeat atmosphere  Complete all payment transactions according to standard  Complete all side-work according to standard  Clean and re-set tables according to standard  Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired customers.  Responsible for checking IDs of all guests when in question, and not serving guests with no valid ID.  Complies with all established F&B standards  Must be able to suspend service to intoxicated individuals in accordance with Pennsylvania law  Execute other duties as assigned by management  Qualifications Must have strong organizational, time management Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.  Must have basic knowledge of Beer, Wine and Spirits and be familiar with menu items   Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.  Must demonstrate the ability to upsell and drive revenue.  Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions.  Must have strong interpersonal skills and cordial behavior  Flexible working hours, Lunch and Dinner Shifts available and the restaurant is open 7 days a week, including most holiday's Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching  Must complete state specific (Pennsylvania) TIPS or Comparable Training  Job descriptions and responsibilities are subject to change depending on business needs.
