This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional with 3–5 years of public accounting experience who has developed a strong foundation in tax preparation, compliance, research, and client advisory. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • CPA license or active CPA track preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Allentown, Pennsylvania
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees
  • SIMPLE retirement plan with a dollar-for-dollar company match up to 3%
  • Overtime worked beyond the first 60 hours each year converts to additional paid time off
  • Employees commonly earn 4–6 weeks of PTO annually
  • Collaborative, team-focused public accounting environment
  • Direct mentorship from experienced partners and senior professionals
  • Exposure to complex tax planning, compliance, and advisory engagements
  • Long-term career growth and ongoing professional development opportunities
