We specialize in heavy truck, trailer, and fleet repairs — from accident damage and welding to custom paint and bodywork. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Perform accident repairs on trailers and heavy trucks (rails, panels, roofs, posts, doors, and floors).

  • Handle collision and bodywork repairs including sanding, prepping, and refinishing.

  • Conduct DOT and preventative maintenance inspections on trailers (brakes, suspension, lighting, wiring, airbags, and more).

  • Complete welding and fabrication tasks for structural and cosmetic repairs.

  • Assist with painting and refinishing as needed.

  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, top-quality repairs.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years of experience in  trailer.

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, braking systems, suspension, and body structures.

  • Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, stick, or plasma cutting a plus).

  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Must provide your own tools and have reliable transportation.

  • Overtime flexibility when needed.
