About the role

You develop sales of digital and Industry 4.0 and AI solutions. Your prime objective is to develop the American market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop sales of Automation solutions in the North & Central American market

  • Build multi-level relationships and gain customer insights regarding requirements, needs, and driving factors

  • Manage regional sales of Fuller Automation technical solutions, including:

  • o Control systems- ECS/Control Centre. Control solutions, powered by our ECS/ControlCenter™ Platform

  • o AI Solutions along with hardware solutions like GAS Analysis and Labarotary equipments

  • o Advanced process control systems- ECS/ProcessExpert- ECS/ProcessExpert® advanced process control software

  • Other cement and adjacent industries automation systems

  • Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to generate leads for future opportunities

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate project scope with customers

  • Carry out technical and commercial negotiations

  • Lead activities related to tender evaluation, risk analyses, and scheduling

  • Coordinate and communicate with the global Fuller industry and regional sales organization, suppliers, and partners

Engineer with sales experience and business understanding

  • BSc or MSc in Engineering, ideally with sales or business experience within cement and or similar industry

  • Experience in technical solution sales, preferably in Industry 4.0, digital and AI systems

  • Outgoing personality and strong team-player mindset

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and maintain clear overview under pressure

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and language skills

  • Strong drive, self-esteem, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • USA Work and residence permit.

  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60–100 days per year)
