Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and meeting customer demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
  • Organize and store inventory according to established procedures.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all items are included and properly labeled.
  • Operate manual and/or powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to move and stack inventory (may require additional licensing).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
