Description: Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing/Production Manager - Sheet Metal
The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of sheet metal
Must be familiar with ERP systems and be able to utilize the system as part of daily operations.
Experience with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Spends up to 50% of the day on the shop floor leading, coaching and driving productivity.
Mechanical working knowledge of metal fabrication equipment. Ability to troubleshoot.
ERP/MRP Experience
Ability to use measuring devices and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Work overtime as needed, including periodic weekend work as required.
High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree preferred.
5-years experience in sheet metal fabrication in a supervisory/leadership role
Has had leadership responsibility of up to 20 direct reports.
