This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on production work and time on the road. In this position, you’ll support day-to-day production operations while ensuring materials and finished products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll play a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting overall team success. What You’ll Do: Safely operate company vehicles to complete local deliveries to job sites and customers Load and unload materials, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly Verify delivery orders and obtain signatures when required Plan routes and communicate any delays, issues, or updates Support daily production activities across various projects and workflows Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided) Prepare materials and assist with production setup and staging Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment Assist team members with general shop and production tasks as needed Monitor work for quality and accuracy throughout production processes QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to manage time effectively between delivery and production responsibilities Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or production environments is a plus (not required) Why Join Us: Competitive pay On-the-job training Opportunity to develop hands-on skills across production and operations Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement
